1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Alliance Enterprises. This document governs your use of our website and platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our Platform.

This document is a legally binding agreement between you and Alliance Enterprises, a firm based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

2. Our Role and Services Model

Alliance Enterprises operates on a hybrid model. We provide certain services directly (“In-House Services”) and also act as a service aggregator and intermediary for services provided by third-party partners (“Partner Services”). The specific terms of liability and service delivery will differ based on the type of service requested.

  • In-House Services: For services explicitly identified as “In-House,” Alliance Enterprises is the direct service provider and assumes the responsibilities associated with that role as would be outlined in a specific service agreement.
  • Partner Services (Aggregator Platform): For all other services, you acknowledge and agree that Alliance Enterprises operates as an intermediary.
    • We are a Bridge: We connect Users with our network of onboarded, independent Service Partners.
    • We are Not the Direct Provider: For these Partner Services, the services are rendered by our handpicked Service Partners who are not employees or agents of Alliance Enterprises.
    • Our Role is to Mediate: We facilitate the connection, assist in communication, and may mediate in the process of service delivery. The final agreement for any Partner Service is strictly between you, the User, and the respective Service Partner.

3. Terms of Use

a. User Obligations: You agree to use the Platform responsibly and to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting inquiries or requests.
  • Use the Platform for lawful business purposes only.
  • Acknowledge that Alliance Enterprises performs initial vetting of its Service Partners, but you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any Service Partner.

b. Service Engagement: When you request a service through our Platform, we will connect you with the appropriate provider (either our in-house team or an onboarded Service Partner). Any subsequent engagement for a Partner Service, including but not limited to service level agreements (SLAs), scope of work, pricing, and payment terms, constitutes a separate, direct agreement between you and the Service Partner.

c. Intellectual Property: All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Alliance Enterprises or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

4. Privacy Policy

Alliance Enterprises is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its rules.

a. Information We Collect: We may collect the following information when you use our Platform:

  • Personal & Business Information: Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and address when you fill out a contact or inquiry form.
  • Service Request Details: Information pertaining to the specific services you are interested in.
  • Technical Data: Non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, and usage patterns on our website, collected through cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience.

b. How We Use Your Information: Your information is used to:

  • Facilitate Service Connection: Share your service requirements with relevant Service Partners so they can provide you with a proposal or quote.
  • Communicate with You: Respond to your inquiries, send you information about our services, and manage our professional relationship.
  • Improve Our Platform: Analyze usage data to enhance our website’s functionality and service offerings.

c. Information Sharing and Disclosure:

  • With Service Partners: The primary purpose of collecting your service request information is to share it with our vetted Service Partners. By submitting a request for a Partner Service, you consent to this sharing.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

d. Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. Disclaimer Regarding Partner Services: For services identified as Partner Services, Alliance Enterprises makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the quality, reliability, safety, or legality of the services provided by our Service Partners. Any dispute, claim, or liability arising from the performance or non-performance of a Partner Service is the sole responsibility of the User and the respective Service Partner. For these services, our role is strictly limited to that of a facilitator.

b. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alliance Enterprises shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption) resulting from your use of the Platform or your engagement with any Service Partner found through the Platform. In any event, the total liability of Alliance Enterprises for any claim shall be limited to the amount of any mediation or platform fee, if any, paid by you to us for the specific transaction in question.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify this document at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
